I understand that the language of ”courting” is pretty common political jargon, but you’ve got to admit that wasn’t very well thought through.

This is in the Zechariah commentary I’m reading right now…
“Chaps. ix. and x., as has just been observed, go together and form a continuous proohecy.”
Proohecy. It’s funnier if you say it out loud. Which must be done with a great deal of flare. PROO-hecy!
